The AIMS Group offers a safe and confidential environment and operates within a non-judgemental framework, providing:
Individual counselling sessions, each lasting approximately 50 minutes
Fully qualified and experienced counsellors, working under BACP & UKCP regulatory guidelines and ethics
The number of sessions is negotiated at the first assessment, however 12 weeks is an average guide for effective work, but is by no means rigid.
We operate an integrated model of therapy, providing a brief solution focussed approach.
Where long term psychotherapy is desired, this can also be provided or we can offer a referal process to an appropriate practitioner
